Re: Need a good BDS socket wrapper

Greetings Yorh,
There are couple frameworks that come to mind.  One is the Cocoaized MPI produced by Jean-Mattieu Schaffhauser for his dissertation at Oxford Brookes.    Another is NSPorts (aka NS Distant Objects).    Of course, the Java world has many examples such as SORCER.

Hi to all,

I'm new of this list but I always developed some network apps.
Now I'm searching a good thread based socket class for my p2p application.
I tried Async Socket but are runLoop based, smallsockets , but aren't asyncronous....
Are there any other classes I missed?

Or is better to write my own class using BSD API?
What so you think?

Thank you all
Yorh
