we have a major problem of kernel panics with the following set up:

Users home folders on NetInfo Parent Server, user runs a MS Office v.X app and then after a while they select shutdown from the Apple menu. This regularly causes a kernel panic. I found the following part of a message on a forum an macosxhints.com

"Numerous and huge problems exist in using Office X with a networked home directory (macros not available, keychain unusable, kernel errors at logout and quit)."

Is anyone else having this problem and if so does anyone know of a workaround short of removing the users from the NetInfo server.
