Issue with Server Admin in Jaguar?

My apologies if this question addresses an old or well-known issue, I am new to this list.

While trying to set up NFS exports, I follow the directions in the Help, which tell me to click on the Sharing icon in the General tab of Server Admin.

Trouble is, the only icon I have under the General tab is "Server Info".
Anyone seen this before? Fixes? Did I fail to install some feature?
