need Url / Tutoral for mail setup on OSX

Greetings,

I am looking for a good tutorial for setting up Sendmail and Maybe qpopper on osx server. There is one on stepwise but i think it is for OSX client. I'm not sure. I'm a little hesitant when i need to add additional files to make it run.

Any input would be helpful.
