Re: simple web services problem?

Hi Lloyd,

Apache serves up the first site defined for an IP address if it does not have an entry for a particular site.

So I'd suggest setting up a not-in-service site with the same domain name as your "disabled" site. But point the not-in-service site to a different documents directory where you've created an error (or whatever) web page. Disable the "real" site definition, and enable the not-in-service version until you are ready to put up the real site.

I have a few sites I setup with Server Admin, they are all the same IP.

If I disable one of the sites then what happens is: if someone goes to that
URL they actually get my main site -my main host name's site.

How do I get it so that when someone tries to go to my DISABLED site they
get some some sort of error page or something -anything but my other site!
