Connecting PC to OSXS thought the Internet

Hi!

I am sure that this question was asked many times. If anybody could refer me
to earlier posts, it would be great.
Here is the problem I am having:
OSX Server 10.1.4 runs on iMac 400Mh/192Mb Ram. All office Macs and 1 PC
(W98) can see it. Win 2000 machine do not see the server as well as another
Win 98 machine located outside the office. I made Network settings on
"outside-the-office" W98 PC identical to the W98 office PC but it still can
not find the server. What settings am I missing? Start - Find - Computer
-IPAddress ... Is this the way for W98 machine to look for the server or
there is any other way? What about W2000?
