Apache Patch?

Anybody heard anything about an Apple patch for the Apache chunking thing
for OS X Server?

Anybody able to successfully patch this on OS X Server on their own?
Stepwise.com says not to try it on the server.

Has anybody confirmed if OS X Server is subject to just the DoS problem, or
if it is possible to execute code?

I'm getting nervous...
