Hey, it is the year 2000 already. Special Chars like Umlauts etc. DO work in
Email since years (if the client supports it)! Either by the use of 8-Bit
encoding or 7-Bit "Quoted-Printable" for instance. I use them every day.

On this list, however, special chars don not YET work, but Chuq is working
on it.
