Help, I'm still an open relay!

List,

Can someone help me out? I seem to still be an open relay,
at least according to aol.com and
http://members.iinet.net.au/~remmie/relay/

First, my system. Dual G4 533, 1.12GB of Ram, OSXS 10.1.4,
with 10.1.5, network update and june security updates.

I have followed all the procedures in Apple's TIL 106762:
How to Set up Restricted SMTP Relay for Apple Mail Server.
My host settings have Deliver to local mail only and
outgoing is limit to local users. I've even rebooted the
server with all these settings, yet I'm still a relay.

I have tried, in Mail Config, to turn on require from to
exist in local u&g, but then email doesn't seem to come
through at all because it's looking for the incoming mail to
have a local user, which seems right.

What am I missing and is this really this complicated?

Thanks,
Stu Duncan
