Mobile Mail Servers

We are going to setup a mail server on one of our PowerBooks using OSX
(remote testing of Java Servelets etc). The two options we are looking at
seriously are Postfix and SendMail.

Does anybody have any experience regarding comparison of performance and
resource use between the two.

Our research indicates that Postfix is less resource hungry, but we haven't
found anything definitive. We use both on different machines around the
place and don't really have a preference, we just want the quickest and the
leanest (and cheap:free) for this particular application.

Thanks
Zoran
