hm, yeah, makes it easier...

your configuration is right to my eyes. The IP field is where you enter your
IP-address. And this is what the iMac will tell the server when establishing
the connection.

What about the subnet mask and the default gateway? They are both provided
by a dhcp server. where are they coming from? your isp?

I dont know much about dsl and mac osx. But it looks like the IP is given by
the server (this 80.116.x.x). did you do some ping tests? like pingin into
the internet... the connection works eh?

after all, perhaps you should have a talk to your ISP...
