Privileges for Users

I have installed a Server into a studio with 17 users. After setting up each
user I have found that they do not have enough privileges to create a folder
or to copy folders onto the server.

I have set the privileges on the work folders to read and write for
everyone/groups/administrator.

All users are using OS 9 and greater.

At this stage only the main administrator account can create folders.

Any help would be beneficial.
