Ok. First. Crack open a window, take a good whiff of fresh air, and calm
down.

I think this will do.
In Finder, do COMMAND~ (or choose "Go to Folder..." from "Go"), then enter
"/etc/httpd"
Among many files, you should find httpd.conf, httpd.conf,bak, and
httpd.conf.default
I suggest you replace the flawed httpd.conf with a copy of httpd.conf.bak
(change the name, of course). If that doesn't alleviate the problem, try a
copy of httpd.conf.default
