what group should users be a member off? Why would they spontainiously
loose their write permission on their own folders?

According to those permissions, the user still can write to those
directories, it's the group that cannot write to it. And you should create
a group for your users (any name), staff and wheel should only be for
admins, not for regular users.


It is very strange under MM some of the users cant save in their folders. How should I go about creating a master group? Do I have to do it in U&G and in UNIX or does one set the other?
