Two Parter

I've got two questions for the Mac illuminati here ...

Bootable CD?

For whatever reason, I cannot get Toast to burn a bootable CD image.
Does anyone know how I might be able to do that in Toast? It
would also love to know how one might go about doing this with
Apple's burn utility, if it's possible.

Print Queue Administration?

How can I allow various lab assistants (student employees) to
access and manage jobs coming through the print queues on my X
server installation without giving them access to all other server
functions through the Server Admin application?
