Deny all for netboot services?

Is there a way that anyone has found for the Netboot/DHCP server to deny everything that's not in it's Allow list? From what I understand, it automatically puts any computer into the Allow list, but to deny something you have to manually enter it.

I want to be able to enable only the MAC addresses of the computers in my labs to see my netboot server, for licensing issues. Any ideas?
