Proftpd continued.

I would like to thanks all those who have posted help on my issues with
getting proftpd up. I would like to share some results:

1. Running Disk Utility/First Aid should be a must before starting. I found
that changing permissions and own/groups was flaky until I did this.
2. Proftpd will report a login problem when access to the homedir is not
permitted with the userid and groupid setup for the user. I had to look a
debug and logs to find that that was a problem.

I now have proftpd up and working and just need a little more help in
getting the directories to work the way I would like. Here is my dir map:

Dir_Name Owner Group
Folder1 Admin1 Folder1
Folder2 Admin1 Folder2
Folder3 Admin1 Folder3
Folder4 Admin1 AdminGroup
Folder1 Admin1 AdminGroup Symlink ->Folder1
Folder2 Admin1 AdminGroup SymLink ->Folder2
Folder3 Admin1 AdminGroup SymLink ->Folder3
Folder10 Admin1 AdminGroup
Folder11 Admin1 AdminGroup

Group:Folder1 User1, User2, ADM1, ADM2, ADM3
Group:Folder2 User3, User4, ADM1, ADM2, ADM3
Group:Folder3 User5, User6, ADM1, ADM2, ADM3
Group:AdminGroup ADM1, ADM2, ADM3

Folder4 is also a share point in OSX Server and is usable on OS9 and Win
computers to use the symlinks to get to files in the linked folders.
But I can not used the symlinks to within the proftpd.
How can I set that up?

The members of a group are the same in OSX as in the mysql database. The
same numbers were used and short names.
