Running Apps from the server

Hello all,
Sorry if this message is in duplicate, I keep trying to send from a non
registered address by accident. I have a newbie question - How can I auto
mount and run all clients apps from a centralized location? I have tried to
install apps to a server on the /network location but it does not seem to
show up on the clients. Anybody with a how-to or example will be greatly
appreciated. I would like only the apps that I have volume licensed run from
this location.
