Audit usage reports for OS X 10.2

Good Morning,

Does anyone have knowledge of, use, or know someone who uses any software
that will do system usage reporting for internal users?

I need to audit the following:

Login/Logout Success/Failure
Use of privileged commands Success/Failure
Application usage Success/Failure
Printer usage (Date/time, UserID, file printed and how many pages)
DAC permission modification Success/Failure
export to Media Success/Failure
File access Failure
System startup/shutdown

I have been looking for anything that comes close. I know that there are
packages out there for the various nixs, but have been unable to find one
for OS X 10.2.
The operating system is logging some of these items but I've been unable to
find a program that will organize it and report it in a form that is
acceptable to the Security Nazi's....

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

TIA,
Brian King, MCP
