Re: Jaguar server/client on 333mhz imacs

I have a 233Mhz iMAC with 128mb RAM running 10.2.3 server as a test box.

I had 10.1.3 - 5 on it and it was slow as hell and unusable. Kind of like when I ran Windows XP on 350Mhz PII. You could eat dinner and it would just finish loading the desktop. But 10.2.3 is actually usuable. Much faster than than the 10.1.x client that was on it.

I have 10.2 server and client an original iMac (233mhz) and 300mhz B/W and have never had a download and/or update problem with software updates. Then again I have never been hit with the bounced back email problem either. So maybe I am doing something wrong, but it works for me.
