I thought that I'd follow-up on my own message by adding an update and to say that this is
not an isolated problem.

I *have* finally been able to add virtual sites in Web Service, but how I have to do it is
the problem. As described above, when trying to add or duplicate, the default site listing
comes up. I discovered that if I first try to change to destination folder for the site,
that after that I can then modify the listing and add a new site. If I don't change that
destination folder, you can *not* add a site. This is definitely not the case in 10.1 as to
make sure I wasn't losing my mind I have checked it on my other server running 10.1 and
things work as I remembered they did (which is to click add, and a new popup window appears
with blank data fields).

I posted this problem in Apple's discussion group, and have gotten email from others with
this exact same problem. To be exact, so far I have gotten emails from 14 others who say
they are having the same problem. There is no mention of this in the kbase, and I don't see
anything anywhere else from Apple to address this. What the heck is that all about?
