They aren't so much errors as notifications. You are being told that (in the
first case), a machine on the IP address 153.18.8.1 changed from the computer
with the MAC address of 00:10:f6:ac:58:00 to the computer with the MAC address
of 00:00:0c:45:bb:32, on your logic-board ethernet interface.

Basically, in English: "The computer 00:10:f6:ac:58:00 had the IP address
153.18.8.1. Now the computer 00:00:0c:45:bb:32 has that IP. I'm updating my arp
table with this new information".

ARP is the address resolution protocol and is used to map IP addresses (which
are used to address computers in the IP layer) to MAC addresses (the "hardware"
addresses of ethernet ports; these are shown on on near the serial number
sticker on your server. MAC = media access control).

Its weird that you would be getting these appearing so often. It could be some
sort of misconfiguration on one of your LAN devices.
