AppleMail empty body

Hello,
There are some mails that recieve with empty body if I download them with AppleMail.
The same mails have body (even if they have only text or text and images, too) if I check them with WebMail!
The mail server is OS X 10.2.3Server Mail.
I tried to update the client OS X to 10.2.3, too from 10.2.2 but the result the same.
From the same sender I receive one time the mail normally another time with empty body if I download it with AppleMail client.

Any idea why it is?
