Mail Server is not using host relay list.

Hi all...
I have some problem on my Xserve...
the problem is "Mail Server is not using host relay list."
where i can tell to the mails erver to use the relay list???

and

when i send a mail to an account in to the server
the mail come back with

----- The following addresses had permanent fatal errors -----
<email@hidden>
(reason: 550 relay not permitted)
