mail won't start after uprg. to 10.2.3

Hi

Just upgraded a dual 450MHz G4 from 10.2.2 to 10.2.3 and now the mail
application won't start.

The console outputs the following:

Error! execle(/Applications/Mail.app/Contents/MacOS/Mail) returned, err=22


Any sugestions!
