Local to the machine running slpd.

Machine in question is an Xserve running OS 10.2.3. Please also
understand that I have the knowledge of a underdeveloped potato{e}
when it comes to SLP. Oddly, After posting that macmanger started
behaving properly again. There was some work done on the switches
earlier this morning that I had forgotten about, so it perhaps possible
that SLP died becasue so did the network for a short time.
