Upgrade PHP to 4.3.0??

Hi there,

I'm running Jaguar Server (10.2.3) on a G4. I still have PHP 4.1.2 running
under Apache because I was told that PHP 4.2.x broke some of the Apple
modules in Apache.

I really want to upgrade to PHP 4.3.0 because on of our developers has
developed a solution that uses functions or classes that require PHP 4.2 or
higher.

SO:
IS PHP 4.3.0 A "SAFE" INSTALL UNDER OS X SERVER 10.2.3?

Are there any conflicts that I should be on the lookout for?
