password server issues (i think)

I am receiving the following errors in password server error log and the 2nd group of errors from the Directory services log. I am running 10.2.5 on G4 and 30 x 9.2.2 clients with MacMgr 2.2.2. Can't authenticate login for anybody in morning unless restart server and during the day while student's changing password from blank to whatever they choose then the server stops responding. Can anybody help please.
