Hi all...
We are having problems with network sharepoint finder windows updating on Mac OS 9 clients. I have seen several people post to this list with similar problems. After opening a support call to Apple, I was informed that this is "...expected behavior..." Unfortunately, this puts a crimp in many publishing houses' workflows (including ours). I was also told by the agent that he could escalate the issue up the chain, but that due to the core server OS crew being "swamped", he didn't think much would come from it. So what we need are numbers.
Please send details to me (email@hidden) and I will forward them on to my pending call at Apple, as well as our service rep. If numbers are the only things that Apple will listen to, then let's give them numbers!!
