Lab printing issue on a Novell network

I'm on a campus that has a Novell network. I don't have any information
on the network itself. Our lab feeds off that network. We have an HP
LJ 4600dn printer. I can print fine from the server. An instructor can
print from his office. The students aren't always able to print from
the netbooted machines in the lab. The print drivers are setup in the
image. The printer is chosen in the image as well. What would cause
the students to not be able to print?
