Lab upgrade/Netboot question

I'm running an mac lab. Mostly older iMacs some eMacs. We're serving
from 10.2 server. Lab machines are Netbooted.

My question is...if I upgrade the lab to 10 will the students be able to
access classic mode through the netboot image. Some of the software we
use hasn't caught up with OS X technology.
