Moving Server

I'm getting ready to move my server to a server farm today, and need to know how
to avoid the messing everything up with the IP and Subnet thing. I have a few
websites, AppleMail, SquirrelMail and mySQL going. I have about 6 users set up.
I have NOT run the NetInfo setup, as I gleened that that was a bad thing to do
before you are in the final spot. Everything points to that single IP address.

I am awaiting the IP address I will have, and will have that soon.
Should I plug the new numbers in, shutdown the server, move it and hope it boots
in the rack?
Leave the info in there and change it when I'm there?
Just go ahead and plan on reinstalling the software?

Any helpful pointers appreciated!!!!
