Has anyone set up a system for appending a standard "disclaimer" to the
bottom of all outgoing email messages that leave a company? We currently
don't run a mail server, just route all smtp and pop3 requests through our
firewall/router to our ISP's servers but would like to setup a system for
appending some legal info to the bottom of all messages without having to
maintain signatures on all the clients. Does AMS have any hidden settings
that might help with this, or would I have to setup a sendmail(ick) or exim
SMTP relay internally behind the firewall? Can exim or sendmail do this or
would there be a simpler solution? For the time being this is all we need,
so we'd like to use a free/OSS solution if at all possible.
Thanks in advance.
