You can delete the line in the watchdog file. This mean that you run OS X Server in a non-Xserve machine. This deamon is in fact the one of Server Monitor.

What is this? I found it in my watchdog log on a 10.2.6 server that
is a running Appleshare, NFS, and other necessary services for
NetBoot and DNS.

Should I be concerned? What do I do to fix it?
