Apple Mail read-only errors

I'm using networked home folders and my users are using Apple Mail for email.

My users will check their mail on one mac and log off and then go to another mac. When they open Mail on the second mac they get a dialog box that the mailbox is open on the previous mac and that they can open it as read only or just open anyway.

Is there a way to suppress this box? My users don't know what to do when this happens. You have to click on this box for each .mbox that you have. For instance I have to click about 50 times on open anyway on 50 different dialog boxes before I can even see any of my messages.
