Depending on the type of DSL service you have, PacBell (or SBC net) for
example allows you to manage the reverse zones. It also depends on the
number of machines in your network at home and what kind of DNS experiments
you do.

I have had both situations in the past: upstream ISP managing the reverse
and upstream ISP letting me manage it. No real complaints either way :-)
