Xserve problem

I just replaced a server running OS X 10.2.8 with a new G5 with OS 10.3.x on
it. I setup the new server with a different IP. These servers are used only
for Work Group Manager in 3 iMac Labs (OS 10.3.4) and a few Mac Manager OS9
iMacs in classrooms.

I thought all I would need to do to have the iMacs that where connected to
the old Netinfo Databse would be to go into the OS X iMacs in the Labs and
open Directory Access, configure them to poin to the new IP of the server
and that would be that.

But no. And now I am out of ideas as to why I cant get any of the machines
to connect to the new WGM server.

Any suggestions? I would appreciate it!
