Okay, I have an Xserve RAID, Xserve G5 and a Dell PowerEdge 2560.

I can easily connect up the Xserve RAID to the Xserve G5.

For the Dell, I have a LSI PCI card with a Optical Fibre Channel port
on it. SO, do I need to get the Optical SFP Transceiver Module
(T7127LL/A) and a Optical Cable (T7711LL/A) to connect to the Dell??

Yes.

Though note it's probably cheaper to buy the $499 Apple FC Card and use it in the dell than it is to buy the two transceivers and 2 optical cables. Price it out ;-)
