I have had these same problems. ... I have just run through these steps
twice, everything seems sort of ok. ... But I continue with the sieve
error

Jul 30 07:21:03 myHost master[3282]: process started
Jul 30 07:21:03 myHost ctl_cyrusdb[3283]: recovering cyrus databases
Jul 30 07:21:09 myHost ctl_cyrusdb[3283]: done recovering cyrus
databases
Jul 30 07:21:09 myHost master[3282]: no service 'sieve' in
/etc/services, disabling sieve
Jul 30 07:21:09 myHost master[3282]: ready for work
Jul 30 07:21:09 myHost ctl_cyrusdb[3285]: checkpointing cyrus databases
Jul 30 07:21:09 myHost ctl_cyrusdb[3285]: done checkpointing cyrus
databases

Well the problem is almost repaired, left with one problem.

How do I fix the sieve problem and why is it showing now and not
before?
