Forcing DHCP address range through squid

Ok, color me embarrased. I have a 10.3.5 server running nat to provide an internal network from a DSL line. I use 10.0.0.1-10.0.0.127 for fixed ip's. The DHCP server hands out addresses from 10.0.0.128 on up. I need all web traffic from the DHCP addresses to go to port 8080 so that Dansguardian can have a look at what's being requested. I want the fixed ip addresses to go through untouched. I had this workiing under 10.2.8, but I can't for the life of me get it working on 10.3.5. Anybody care to make a fool out me?

Thanks, Phil
