I second the IOGear reccomendation. I have an 8-port miniview ultra and you can get them bundled with the cables for a steal. I think I paid $200 for it, and that *included* all 8 KVM cables! Good quality, my only complaint is that there is a loud "beep" every time you switch screens, and this cannot be turned off by the user.

One other thing I have noticed is that if I move the mouse "too soon" after switching to the XServe, the left mouse button acts like the right one. Changing screens and then changing back fixes that. The Mac is the only machine on the switch that exhibits this behavior (the rest are running Windows or Linux). A minor annoyance.

The IOGear can also rescan itself so changes you make to the hookup can be recognized without restarting the box. My old Belkin could not do that.
