Looks likes cyradm is needed and that's not installed by default. More
details are in the discussion thread.

Hi:
Searching the archives is pretty painful right now (month-by-month?),
so I thought I'd come to the list for help.
I've got a user with POP mail stuck on the 10.3.5 mail server. She can
send mail, but not receive it. I think a mail message is blocking the
rest of them from downloading (or some file in the Mail folder on her
Mac is preventing a download).
I've tried:
--moving files in and out of her ~/Library/Mail directory
--stopping and restarting mail service
--restarting the user's Mac
--reconstructing the user's mail on the server
--rebuilding her local mailbox
--creating a new account on the mail server (and abandoning her old
mail), but that seemed to leave her old mail store in place, even
though Workgroup Manager successfully created a new user with a new
userid.
--creating a new account on her Mac
--restarting the Mac running the mail server
When I used Workgroup Manager on the mail server I was able to delete
her account and create a new one, but that did not delete her mail
store in /var/spool/imap/user (at least according to Server Admin's
Mail > Accounts pane).
As a test, I logged in as root using Terminal and deleted an old
user's empty store from /var/spool/imap/user. When I ls /user, the
empty store is gone, but still appears in the Mail > Accounts pane.
I'd like to delete the user's old mail store (sacrificing a few
messages) and create a new one using the same user name, password,
etc. Anybody got any ideas?
TIA,
mm
