AppleFileService CPU usage

Hey all,
what is a normal CPU usage on a G5 Dual 2.0 tower running OSX server 10.3.5? I am currently getting average CPU% of 105% and going as high as 160%. I have a Xraid attached and serving out to about 40 users and renderfarm of about 40 machines ( that isn't being used at the moment ) . Basically when it is this high the server becomes very slow.

I have check all logs and the only error I AppleFileServerError.log is "-0800: MMap chainhead is NULL" over and over every few minutes. What does that mean?

What sort of CPU usage are you guys getting?

Thanks
Brent
