I've found a PBX running on OSX called asterisk
(http://www.asterisk.org/). I rode that no PCI cards are yet available
for OSX, even if some companies are working on the port of *bsd
drivers, they recommand external gateway devices.
Anyone is running Asterisk in production? Any recommendation (tested)
of external gateway devices?
