is someone have thi statut for his RAID volumes ="degraded".

It's only 'normal' when there is a dead disk (or one disconnected (even if reconnected later)). :-)

You need to rebuild the RAID group. This is easiest done in Terminal using diskutil with the "repairmirror" option. (Read the man page on diskutil for details; or search the archive of this group - how to do this is semi-repeatedly posted; or repost asking for details.
