syncing remote directories

I have a client in the US that has their company files from their office on an in house PC server. DSL connection with firewall to the outside. They have just set up a office in London and want to sync the same office directory to a OS X machine in their London office. DSL/firewall connection. They want to sync either at certain times each day or when ever a change is made to one server it would also make the change to the other server. Is this a matter of some software? What is the best way to do this?
