I've been getting the same thing from two different sites (ours and at
least one customer) who are running OS XServer 10.3.5. I know its not
unique to our server.
Secondary isn't handling it either, not long enough for the standard
timeout, you can wait 1 or 2 seconds and hit enter in Safari or some
other browser and it'll work right away. Seems like sluggish response
from bind under 10.3.5 and sec updates.
