If it's in the Inbox and you have POP3 enabled, just login and issue
POP commands to the server.
open terminal
telnet mail.yourhost.com 110
user username
pass password
list
retr <messaage ID #> (to take a look at the message and make sure it's
the correct one)
dele <message ID #>
quit
That should do it..

So emails cannot be sent or received.
How can I delete this email that is trying to be downloaded but is
blocking the whole mailbox for this user?
