Not the greatest when it comes to updating when security bugs strike, which
is semi-constant. (using a completely stock build may make it easier to
update) (using any add-on modules will make your life hell for security
updates)

There is a new comer to e-commerce for OS X, PDGSoft.Com, though it will
require $$ to own, 30 day trial available. We use it for all our E-com work
and find it very secure and excellent support.
