Dan,
I also use Z-Term and IOGear's adapter:
http://iogear.com/main.php?loc=product&Item=GUC232A
The only problem I have is working with devices that require a control-break
to initiate a console session (Like LSI storage arrays). Works fine with all
of our server (SGI, Sun, HP, Dell) and other RAID disks.
Thanks,
+R
